I had a productive business stay at Crowne Plaza. The meeting facilities were well-equipped, allowing me to conduct presentations smoothly. The staff was attentive and responsive, arranging any necessary equipment promptly. The breakfast provided a good selection, including freshly made pastries and juices, which helped kickstart my day. The location was convenient, with easy access to major highways, making my commute to client meetings efficient.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the accessible layout throughout Crowne Plaza Englewood, An Ihg Hotel, making it easy for me to navigate the lobby and dining areas without any difficulty.

Enjoyed my three-night stay in a spacious room. The room service was exceptional, and I highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant for its delicious breakfast buffet. Make sure to rent a car for easy access to local attractions. Don't miss the shuttle to NYC!

i had a wonderful 3-night stay at the crowne plaza. the room was clean and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. breakfast was great with a good choice of food. the location was perfect—away from the crowd but still close to the highway, making it less than 50 minutes to manhattan. plus, the indoor pool was a lovely bonus!

The only downside was the low rod in the closet. it made hanging clothes difficult.

We had a wonderful stay visiting the Yankees at Yankee Stadium, just a short drive away. The hotel’s location made it easy for our whole family to enjoy everything from shopping on Fifth Avenue to relaxing after the game in the spacious lobby.

In my wife’s opinion, they should really improve cleanliness and housekeeping for families. It was a bit disappointing that our room wasn't cleaned well during our stay.
